REPORT: Views on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Among Employed U.S. Adults
America’s workplaces are on the leading edge of the US becoming a more pluralistic nation — offering greater exposure to diversity than what individuals may experience in their home and social interactions and staffed by people who want their employers to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace, a Taft Communications and Rutgers-Eagleton Poll State of Diversity® public opinion survey of American workers finds. This general consensus, though, masks deep divisions according to race, gender, age, education and other categories – not least of which is political affiliation.

Something New Jerseyans Can Agree On: They Don’t Want to Pump Their Own Gas
New Jerseyans might not be able to agree on whether a popular breakfast sandwich should be called pork roll or Taylor Ham, but when it comes to pumping their own gas, the message is clear: almost three-quarters of them don’t want anything to do with it, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton poll.

Governor Murphy’s Job Approval Stays Steady, Favorability Falls at Start of Second Term; Governor Maintains High Marks on Pandemic, Lowest Marks on Taxes and Affordability
About half of New Jerseyans (49 percent) continue to approve of the overall job Governor Phil Murphy is doing as he proceeds with his second term, according to the latest Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. Forty-six percent disapprove of his job performance; just 5 percent are unsure. Murphy’s job approval rating has essentially held steady from November 2021, with just a minor bit of movement.

New Report: Public Health Observations and Attitudes in New Jersey
Rutgers scholars Jeanne Herb and Ashley Koning have released “Enhancing Local Public Health Capacity in New Jersey: Opportunities for Modernization,” a new report that assesses challenges and opportunities of local public health in New Jersey.
