CHRISTIE GAINS AS SMART, EFFECTIVE LEADER IN RUTGERS-EAGLETON POLL
Polls released over the last week show Gov. Chris Christie with one of the highest approval ratings ever recorded for a New Jersey governor. Analysis from the Rutgers- Eagleton Poll says the reason is voters are much more likely to see him as a smart, effective leader than they were before Superstorm Sandy.

CHRISTIE RE-ELECTION SUPPORT SOARS IN SANDY AFTERMATH, RUTGERS-EAGLETON POLL FINDS
In the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy, 59 percent of New Jersey registered voters support a second term for Gov. Chris Christie, while only 32 percent oppose his re-election, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. Support for Christie’s re-election has risen dramatically from late September, when 44 percent favored re-election and 47 percent opposed it.

HIGH MARKS FOR CHRISTIE, OBAMA, AND BIPARTISANSHIP IN SANDY AFTERMATH, RUTGERS-EAGLETON POLL FINDS
Garden Staters have responded very positively to NJ Gov. Chris Christie’s leadership following Superstorm Sandy, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. More than 90 percent praise the governor for his handling of the storm: 69 percent say Christie handled the crisis “very well” and another 23 percent say he handled it “somewhat well.”

SUPERSTORM SANDY AFFECTS TWO-THIRDS OF GARDEN STATERS, RUTGERS-EAGLETON POLL FINDS
Two-thirds of New Jersey residents were affected when Superstorm Sandy wreaked havoc on the Garden State three weeks ago, according to a new Rutgers-Eagleton Poll. Only 35 percent report they were not touched by storm, which caused massive damage throughout the state.
