Kyle Morgan is a Research Associate at the Eagleton Center for Public Opinion Polling and an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Francis Marion University. At the Eagleton Center for Public Interest Polling, he is involved with the research, design, fielding, and analysis of surveys for the Rutgers-Eagleton Poll and clients of the Center. Kyle completed his Ph.D. in Political Science at Rutgers in 2020, focusing on American Politics, Public Law, and Women and Politics. His current research agenda is focused on different aspects of the American legal and judicial system, including civil rights and liberties, criminal justice, and judicial politics. Kyle’s research has been published recently inConstitutional Studies, The Brigham Young Journal of Public Law, The West Virginia Law Review, and The British Journal of American Legal Studies.
