New Jersey Families Survey: A Follow-Up
About two years ago, you participated in a survey from Rutgers University asking for your help on an important study surveying New Jersey adults about some issues facing families across the Garden State. You had also agreed to participate in follow-up surveys. We truly appreciated the time you took to help us with our important research study and are now asking for your help, once again.
We would like to follow up with you on some of the issues we talked about in the first study. This survey should only take about 20 minutes. We know how valuable your time is, but your input is vital to helping us get a better understanding of the most important issues facing New Jersey families. You are one of a select few being recontacted to share more about your experiences for this research study.
Your answers are confidential. Confidential means that the research records will include some information about you, and this information will be stored in such a manner that some linkage between your identity and the response in the research exists. After information that could identify you has been removed, de-identified information collected for this research may be used by or distributed to investigators for other research without needing additional permission from you.
Your participation is voluntary, you may end at any time, and you may skip questions you do not want to answer without penalty. All data will be securely stored with access limited to members of our research team and the research team and NJ Department of Children and Families.
As a thank you for completing our survey, we would like to offer you a $25 Amazon gift card. If you are eligible to participate, you will be re-directed to a link at the end of the survey. After providing us with your email, which will not be linked in any way with your survey responses, your gift card will be processed and sent to the email you provided.
