THE NEW JERSEY SHORE: POLLUTION CONCERNS SUBSIDE, BUT IMAGE STILL TARNISHED

With the Fourth of July holiday weekend in full swing, New Jerseyans are more optimistic about pollution at the Jersey Shore than they were a year ago. However, there has been a continuing decline in the positive image of the Shore among state residents, according to a recent Star-Ledger/Eagleton Poll.
