New Jerseyans give Brendan Byrne mixed grades on his capacity for leadership, while Raymond Bateman, his Republican opponent In November’s Gubernatorial election, remains largely unknown to many voters. This is one of the findings of a statewide survey conducted in late July by the Eagleton Institute of Rutgers University.
