THE CLIMATE FOR ECONOMIC GROWTH IN NEW JERSEY

A growing number of New Jersey residents feel it is important for the state to take steps to aid business expansion and support the idea of using tax incentives to encourage economic growth, according to an Eagleton Poll released today. However, the Rutgers—based survey also found the public less willing than in the past to support economic growth if it was to mean a relaxation of environmental safeguards.
