DVRS Consumer Evaluation (1997,1998, 2001)
New Jersey Division of Vocational Rehabilitation Services
DVRS originally turned to CPIP to analyze data collected in 1994 during its federally mandated consumer assessment. Based on those results, CPIP was engaged to undertake the entire process in 1997 and 2001. The study consists of a self-administered survey with over 600 former clients. Survey data is matched with service utilization data from client records in the analysis.

CBVI Consumer Evaluation (1998, 1999, 2001)
New Jersey Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired
These studies were conducted as part of a federal mandate. In 1998, CPIP conducted a survey of all clients who had entered or exited the CBVI vocational rehabilitation in the prior year. Later evaluations focused on the Intake Unit in 1999 and on clients of a residential rehabilitation center in 2001. Read more here.

Lifelong Survey Elite Survey (1998)
Kellogg Commission on Lifelong Learning
This planning survey conducted by mail with governors, state higher education heads, state legislators, college presidents and deans, and business executives to help establish adult “lifelong learning” needs and goals.

Ryan White Care Act Needs Assessment (1997, 1998)
Middlesex-Somerset-Hunterdon EMA
The purpose of the study was to identify service needs of people with HIV/AIDS in the tri-county area. Because there is no way to identify this population, the study involved a complicated multi-modal methodology designed to optimize participation of people with HIV. These methods included self-administered surveys mailed by service providers, intercept interviews held at service sites and other areas (e.g. bars, shelters, drug treatment centers), and an extensive series of focus group discussions. Over 700 people with HIV/AIDS from the tri-county area (over 20% of the estimated affected population) participated in the study.

Employing People with Disabilities (1993)
New Jersey Developmental Disabilities Council
Focus group discussions with business owners and executives led to a telephone survey of 500 employers in New Jersey. Issues included profiling perceptions and attitudes towards hiring people with disabilities.
