MAJORITY OF NEW JERSEY VOTERS SUPPORT MARIJUANA DECRIMINALIZATION

In the almost 40 years since the Rutgers-Eagleton Poll first asked about penalties for marijuana use, New Jersey voters have become more relaxed about the issue, according to the latest poll from the Eagleton Institute at Rutgers University.
