Have a “cup of Joe” on us!

ecpip-logoWe need your help! Our research team at Rutgers University have been asked to find out directly from business leaders in your state about how regulations impact what you do daily.

You have been randomly selected to share your views about regulations and its impact. Your participation is very important to us, as only about 200 business owners and managers in Indiana have been selected for this study.

The survey should only take about 10 minutes … about the time it takes to have a cup of coffee!

Your answers are confidential and will only be reported in combination with others. Your participation is voluntary, you may end at any time, and you may skip questions you do not want to answer without any penalty to you. There are no foreseeable risks to participation in this study.

As a small thank you for taking your valuable time to complete our survey, we would like to offer you a $5 gift card of your choice of Dunkin’ Donuts or Starbucks. If you are eligible to participate, you will be re-directed to a link at the end of the survey to provide your contact information. After providing us with your email, which will not be linked in any way with your survey responses, your gift card will be processed and sent to the email you provided.

If you are 18 years of age or older, understand the statements above, and will consent to participate in the study, click on the “I Agree” button to begin the survey. If you do not wish to participate, please click on the “I Disagree” button, which will exit you from this survey and will unsubscribe you from future texts for this study.
