PUBLIC SUPPORTS INCREASED AID TO CITIES; DIVIDED OVER REPEAL OF FORD ACT

By a very wide margin, New Jerseyans offer strong support for the idea that state government should provide increased aid to cities to make up for cuts in federal aid.
