NEW JERSEYANS’ DESCRIBE HARRISON WILLIAMS’ REPLACEMENT

New Jerseyans do not have a preference for the type of person they would like Governor Thomas Kean to appoint to liberal Democrat Harrison Williams’ recently resigned 11.5. Senate seat. An Eagleton Poll conducted between March 1 and March 14 asked 603 New Jerseyans about Williams’ successor and found most state residents were less concerned with labels than the specific person who filled the seat.
