New Jerseyans are willing to support a wide variety of government actions to deal with the energy crisis, however they draw the line at gas rationing, Increased gasoline taxes or relaxing air and water pollution standards. In a study conducted by the Eagleton Institute of Rutgers University last month, 1005 randomly selected statewide residents were asked if they favor or oppose ten different proposals for dealing with the nation’s energy problems.
