NEW JERSEY VOTERS OPPOSE LAWS TO RESTRICT ABORTIONS; FLORIO FAVORED TO HANDLE THIS ISSUE

A large majority of New Jersey voters do not want new state laws or a constitutional amendment that restricts a woman’s right to an abortion. And, by a margin of more than two-to-one they say that Jim Florio, the Democratic gubernatorial candidate will do a better job handling the abortion issue than Jim Courter the Republican.
