New Jersey residents are in favor of major changes in the way public education is financed in the state. Responses to questions asked by the New Jersey Poll, conducted regularly by the Eagleton Institute of Rutgers University, show that there is wide spread support for a number of key elements in the “Botter decision” which declared the present system of financing public schools unconstitutional.
