Gerald Ford gets mixed marks from New Jerseyans on the way he has handled his job as Vice President. The latest New Jersey Poll, conducted by the Eagleton institute of Rutgers University, finds 34 percent of those questioned say Ford is doing an ‘excellent or “good” job while 42 percent rate his performance as either “only fair” or “poor’ 1 The remaining 24 percent had no opinion.
