Democratic candidates for Congress are preferred to their Republican opponents by a 44% to 29% margin according to the Eagleton Institute’s New Jersey Poll. The results of the statewide survey of 1221 adults conducted between October 6 and 15, also show that over one quarter of the electorate – 27 % – remains undecided.
