area (including Pennsylvania and New Jersey suburbs) was surveyed by telephone.

This study involved a telephone survey of 267 members of the state's sixteen
Private Industry Councils. Issues included experiences with and motivations
for PIC services, evaluation of PIC recruitment and training, and awareness
of PIC objectives.
