NEW JERSEYANS DIVIDED ON INTIATIVE AND REFERENDUM; ALSO ON RECALL

Amending the state’s constitution to allow for initiative and referendum is currently a controversial issue in New Jersey. Half of the state’s residents say initiative and referendum is a “good idea’. However, about half report they do not bow much about how initiative and referendum would work.
