The prospects of women political candidates in New Jersey are good and getting better

The prospects of women political candidates in New Jersey are good and getting better, according to the New Jersey Poll. The latest Poll, conducted by the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University, shows that most voting—age New Jerseyans say they could support a well—qualified woman who was running for political office.

Widely noted public disillusionment with politics is not evident in New Jersey according to the Eagleton Institute’s New Jersey Poll. The Rutgers University based Institute found that a substantial number of voters In the state are willing to get involved in politics but apparently have not had the opportunity.
