New Jerseyans overwhelmingly favor gasoline rationing over increased taxes on gasoline in order to deal with the energy crisis. The latest New Jersey Poll, conducted by the Eagleton Institute of Rutgers University, finds 68 percent choosing rationing as opposed to only 25 percent who favor increasing gasoline taxes by 20 cents a gallon or more. … Read more …
