Thank you for your interest in our confidential online national survey.

We have randomly invited 200 voters each in 7 states to participate in this First 100 Days survey.

The survey will take less than 10 minutes to complete. This survey is available in English or Spanish. La encuesta está disponible en Inglés o Español. 

All of your responses are confidential. Confidential means that the research records will include some information about you, and this information will be stored in such a manner that some linkage between your identity and the response in the research exists.

The research team and the Institutional Review Board at Rutgers University are the only parties that will be allowed to see the data, except as may be required by law. If a report of this study is published, or the results are presented at a professional conference, only group results will be stated. There are no foreseeable risks to participation in this study. Your participation is voluntary, you may end at any time, and you may skip questions you do not want to answer.

As a thank you for completing our survey, we will enter you into a drawing for a $50 Amazon or $50 Target gift card. At the end of the survey, you will be re-directed to a link to provide your contact information if you wish to be entered in the drawing that will be held on Wednesday, May17, 2017. Ten (10) gift cards will be given away so the sooner you complete the survey, the more chances you will have to be selected for a gift card.
